Memo Diriker

Memo Diriker is Director of the Business, Economic, and Community Outreach Network (BEACON) of the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University, USA.

Diriker is the creator of the "3E Approach for Process/Program Evaluation." He was the president of the Rotary Club of Salisbury Sunrise in 1995-1996 and the American Marketing Association in Boston, Massachusetts in 1989-1990. He was awarded the University System of Maryland Board of Regents Award for Outstanding Public Service in 2003[1] and the Wicomico County Public Health Leader of the Year award in 2005 for his Public Health Outreach and Marketing work.[2]
